Lorenzo Benvenuti gained specific experience in assisting companies and businessmen regarding company law and commercial disputes, with an outstanding knowledge that covers bankruptcy and banking disputes and with the target of solving problems whether company inside or external, such as disputes concerning the relationship between the company and the financial institutions, creditors, suppliers and competitors.

Lorenzo regularly advises insolvency practitioners on all matters associated with external administrations, in particular in relation to asset sales, deeds of company arrangement, extraordinary operations and compliance.

He also advises also banks and other secured creditors on the enforceability of their security and in relation to their recovery strategies and, at the same time, he works daily in very close contact with advisors, official receivers, as he is appointed by the Courts of Monza and Milan as legal advisor into bankruptcy procedures.

In this context, he specialized into company law disputes, bankruptcy as he counsels clients about managers’ and company’s culpability

In addition his areas of interest include also the drafting and updating of models of organization and management pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/01.
