Roberto Lissoni has in-depth experience in many branches of Italian law, such as civil law, mainly corporate law, as well as family law.

He offers support to companies and banks in relation to complex extraordinary operations and compliances, including corporate restructuring and financal crisis; thus, combined with a very practical-oriented approach in order to find solutions tailored to the customer.

He gained lot of competences in corporate restructuring of industrial groups, mainly situated in northern Italy, and he acquired experience over the years to such an extent as to enable him to be recognized as the professional adviser and, moreover, the legal representative of important companies and financial institutions.

Roberto Lissoni also counsels clients on a range of general real estate contracts, both for the Italian and foreign market, including spin-off operations, constitution of funds and restructuring real estate assets, with an area of interest that extends to IP law, as he works about proceedings for injunction, seizure and description related to counterfeiting and/or infringement of patents, trademarks, designs, copyright, including software and databases.

He advises clients in family law, dealing with procedures of separation and divorce and negotiating agreement concerning the restructuration of family assets

The experience gained th above mentioned areas, he is often appointed by the Courts of Monza and Milan as sole arbitrator or member of arbitration panels.
